Welcome to 5dmanager, a platform owned and operated by Kusmus Communications Nigeria Limited ("Kusmus", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website, services, and software applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Scope of Services
5dmanager provides visual site telemetry, GPS-stamped daily logging, and budget tracking software to bridge the trust gap between project owners (especially diaspora clients) and contractors. We do not inspect construction sites physically; all telemetries rely on inputs captured by authorized users through our application.
3. User Account Responsibilities
Site owners, managers, and clients must maintain secure passwords. You are entirely responsible for all activities conducted under your user credentials. Any suspected breach must be reported immediately to our support center.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kusmus Communications Nigeria Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our platform, including but not limited to construction delays, physical project defects, or financial disputes between contractors and clients.
